It arrives as one endless list with no way to finish it. Bartleby reads the Messages history already on your Mac and gives that list inbox tools: archive, pin, snooze, undo, and a keyboard that reaches all of them. Messages stays the source and the delivery mechanism. Bartleby owns the organization, and everything it stores stays on your Mac. ## Who it's for People who treat messaging as a queue to process rather than a stream to watch. If you have used Superhuman and wanted the same hands-on-keys triage for text messages, that is what this is. ## What it does today * Keyboard triage. `E` archives, `H` snoozes, `P` pins, `Z` undoes, `C` composes, all unmodified. `?` shows the full list. * Send, reply to a specific message, attach photos and files, and start new conversations. * Your whole history on first launch, search included, because Bartleby reads the Messages database directly. * Snooze that wakes a conversation at the time you set, not the next time something happens. * Lists with your own icons, themes, drafts that autosave, and a command palette on `⌘K`. ## Requirements macOS 14 or newer on Apple silicon, signed into iMessage in Messages.app. Open the DMG, grant Full Disk Access, send your first message.
